  17.      _R_w_a_l_l reads a message from standard input until end-of-file.  It then
  18.      sends this message, preceded by the line ``Broadcast Message ...'', to
  19.      all users logged in on the specified host machines.  With the ----nnnn option,
  20.      it sends to the specified network groups, which are defined in
  21.      _n_e_t_g_r_o_u_p(4).

  23.      A machine can only receive such a message if it is running _r_w_a_l_l_d(1m),
  24.      which is normally started up by the daemon _i_n_e_t_d(1m).
